DELIVERY CALENDAR

ASW Delivery

After a customer signs up with Aqua Springs Bottle Water for service, a scheduled delivery day will be assigned for their bottled water delivery.

Customer will receive a yearly delivery calendar with the assigned days marked to help remind customer of when their delivery driver will be checking in with them.

	Every 3rd week on the same day the delivery driver will come by the customers home or office. The Customer may also receive a “reminder call” the day before to check if water is needed on their delivery day. Customer will need to place their empty bottles out by the door in plain view for the delivery driver to replace each empty bottle with a full bottle of water.
In the event the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the customer may attach a note leaving the driver instructions on how many more or less bottles of water is needed.
